The sea as a unique winery
We offer a line of unique, top-quality wines, from small productions from our own vineyards that, thanks to our underwater maturation process in the Mediterranean, develop unique nuances, flavours and aromas, impossible to achieve through traditional maturation, which transforms them into something truly exclusive.
We produce limited editions of between 850 and 1,600 bottles from four very special denominations of origin: Ribera del Duero, Rioja Alavesa, Rías Baixas and Cava.
Prospective development
Although underwater maturation allows for natural control of temperature, pressure, movement and light, each wine matures in a different way under the sea.
Our years of research and testing submerging wines from different origins, productions, grape varieties and degrees of aging, led us to carefully select our vineyards and to plan the production of the wines prospectively, taking into account how they will evolve on the seabed based on their characteristics.
A process completely measured and controlled by our specialist winemakers who, during our production in the winery, will give rise to exceptional wines, with great acidity, high tannins and very aromatic, which will be completed with our innovative process “underwater maturation”

Our wines go through a process called “underwater maturation,” which has been standardized by us and registered along with all the elements that characterize it. Today, our process is completely confidential, and the only thing we can reveal is that no one else does anything like it.
